What about the number of pupils selected from Southern Province into the national team travelling to Zimbabwe to represent Zambia this April month end? 13 athletes.

Many thanx to Spar Choma for the sponsorship which has made the competition very competitive among the pupils because of a fight for an individual award. No one wants to see on the fence anymore. We also thank various coaches in schools and districts that have built the children’s talent. Included to the list of teachers is our life member Mr Munyama, , our Indoor, Track and Field Coordinators, the Southern Province ZAAA Area Board Manager Mr Gamela and the ZAAA International Relations Manager for their technical support.  Finally, we thank all the headteachers, the DEBS, the SESO, the Provincial Sports Coordinator and the PEO for all the financial and moral support. BRAVO SOUTHERN PROVINCE!!!
